Thank you for being here. My name is Victoria Jane Hiscock (Victoria Janeh), I’ve been a well-being practitioner for 20 years. I’m a trained Masseuse, certified Mental Health Advocate, and qualified Meditation Teacher.
In seeking a cure for my Acne, ADHD and Generalised Anxiety Disorder I realised that our skin, mind, body and sense of well-being are much more connected than we realise. It turns out, we have MUCH more control than we think we do - over how we look, and over how we feel - they are intrinsically linked, and I’m on a mission to make sure more people know about it.
Science is cracking on to the impact POOR well-being can have on our mental health, skin health and immunity. My approach to skin and well-being combines technical, scientific knowledge and traditional therapies to raise awareness of the mind-body connection and how our thoughts can help us live better lives.
